Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zypalo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Zypalo lets you connect your own YouTube channel(s) via Google OAuth and upload, schedule, and manage videos using the official YouTube Data API v3. You are responsible for the channels and content you manage through the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must own or be authorized to manage any YouTube channel you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Abuse, circumvent, or exceed YouTube API quotas, or attempt to manipulate API limits through improper means.
• Access other users' data or attempt to breach the Service's security.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in deceptive practices.

4. YouTube / Google terms

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and are bound by the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of Google data through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your videos, metadata, or channels. We do not store your video files; they are uploaded directly from your browser to YouTube.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zypalo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
